stress causes all disease in our daily life


how stress is a root of all disease?


Now we are going to know that stress is a cause of all diseases but first of all it is necessary to know the definition of stress:

How the stress is defined?

There are some distributed activities that are shown by the whole body which are mostly different from the normal activities of body  which show the body is in stress.

Some Types of stress:

The main types of stress are :

  • Physical stress
  • The Mental stress 

Physical stress include:

(i) increasing of heartbeat rate
(ii) The digestive system does not work properly
(iii) Some time feel abdomen pain etc.

Mental stress:

(i) Some time Headche
(ii) Loss of Appropriate thinking level

How stress Causes hair problems :
For our hair growth an appropriate flow of blood is needed from head to toe but if we take any type of stress then it will effect our suffient blood flow either the flow if increasing or decreasing.

How stress causes eyes problems:

If any person takes stress its mind will feel a force in other words tension.its  parasympathetic system will effect visual cortex and his eye sight will be weak.

Stress causes diabetes:

stress is evil also devil for human body. It is also very horror reality that stress causes diabetes. Stress effects all the secretory glands in body like pancrease secretes insulin. When we eat food it enters in blood and converted  into glucose. For a very short moment glucose quantity in blood is more then pancrease releases insulin which normals sugar level in blood but if body is in stress then pancreatic secretion is disturbed and person become a diabetic person.

Stress is a cause of poor thinking level:

Hypothalmus is a part of brain          which controls thinking. If body is in stress then Hypothalmus is effected badly and effects our long term memory as well as short term memory.

Result of discussion:          

It is proved that by some important explanation given above that stress is root of all diseases So we should not take stress so that our body will function properly. 

Body without stress  :

   (i) Digestive system will be good.
(ii) Beauty will promote
(iii) Mental relaxation will appear
(iv) Good thinking level will promote
(v) Positivity will be shown by character.
(vi) People will feel relax in your company.
(vii) Your surrounding environment will be good.
